Summary: Very good service from reception to concierge to premium club lounge to gym and all the restaurants. The valets are extremely curteous and help with taxis and directions.

Summary: Very nice hotel in an amazing location. Our room seemed a bit outdated but it was all in good condition and very clean. I thought that it was also a bit cheap charging hotel guests 3000 Yen per person just for a seat at the rooftop bar. Overall though very nice hotel, staff were super friendly and helpful

Summary: We stayed on the high floor, king bedroom to view the Tokyo Tower and we loved it! The subway stations are about 5-7 minutes from the hotel, but if you haven’t been to Japan, you will learn subways take a good 20-30 minutes to arrive to other tourist locations including Shibuya, Shinjuku, or Disney. Some places are even further. We ate their breakfast buffet and it was okay, but we feel they could have changed menu or offered more options than the same options daily.

Summary: Upscale hotel worth every dollar.. from the moment you arrive, until the moment you depart, the staff is attentive and amazing.. I've been to allot of 5 star hotels but this one falls into my top 5 favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend.

Summary: Stayed in a large room in the higher floors, which was great value. Easy enough to get around from the subway stations nearby. Service was excellent.

Summary: Beware: rooms are not equal and most are sorely in need of a refresh. Just really feels dated. The grounds are pretty and the service is fine, but again, not on par with 5 star Tokyo hotels. This is a 4 star hotel and you can find better and much cheaper in Tokyo in that range.

Summary: The park outside this hotel is beautiful! Bring a picnic blanket so you can enjoy the park. I like the Lawson store in the basement, we bought breakfast there every day and the food is reasonably priced. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant was expensive and not that great. The staff is helpful and very formal. The roof bar was closed for renovations and I was Upset that they didn’t tell us that until after we booked our non-refundable stay. The pool and hot springs cost an extra $50 US per day to use, which is crazy expensive, and that extra charge was not listed on the description. If I had known I couldn’t use either of those things I would have booked a cheaper hotel to start with.
